Therapeutic table massage
This assessment-driven table massage focuses on addressing postural compensation patterns, soft-tissue injuries, range-of-motion limitations, and joint discomfort through the use of myofascial release, static compressions, muscle energy techniques, ayurvedic abhyanga, and trigger point therapy. In order to return the body to a state of ease and alignment, I come to the body humbly and allow its wisdom to guide my work facilitating a release of tension. I believe that deep work can be achieved through intentional and affective touch.
Traditional Thai Massage
This modality is excellent for improving circulation, joint mobility, and relaxation. Acupressure points and sen energy lines are manipulated as your body is moved through healing postures and stretches designed to restore balance to your body and cultivate a sense of peace. The sessions are fully clothed and take place on mats on the ground. Each session begins with a flower infused foot bath and ends in Thai prayer, in the tradition of Nuad Bo Raan Thai massage.
